Well its been about a month since i got here.
As some of you read (and responded to) i had oil leak issues with my hippo post service. Well these continued all the way to Prague. Finally a few weeks later with a loud bang something gave in. Leaving me with occasional power loss (which a lot of you have) and crap ride.
Managed to get it to the landy dealer here (top chaps) and they had a look, dismisses the crank pressure problem and told me a turbo hose had gone.
They replaced the hose but the car carried on leaking.
Now one phonecall later, my car has had warranty repairs carried out within 2Days, list of items replaced:
Turbo
Turbo Valves
All hoses (mainly turbo related but some others)
Oil Filter
Air filter
Exhaust.
The only remaining original item on the car after all that is the doors and wheels
But seriously, top chaps, they found ALL the problems i mentioned, fixed them, found some i didnt know about (exhaust cracked) and sorted those too. Then cleaned the car, steam cleaned the engine and returned it to me in 2 days.........all for free. Then told me parts they replaced have a 3 year warranty on them (so my turbo has another 3 years, not 1, of coverage)
It drives like a dream and i cant hear the engine. Very glad i had that experience.
