Replacement Drive Flange 300tdi 96

I've just had a CV replaced on my 300tdi defender and the mechanic suggested I should get a new drive flange as it was worn.

Could anyone advise me on which one I should buy? Are there quality issues relating to different makes?

standard one should be ok, think they are about a tenner each. Could go for heavy duty ones but do you need them.
