Replaced clutch kit

I need your help! The fork in the gearbox (2.5tdi - 1997 Defender) broke, and had the clutch kit replaced. Clutch shudders and very concerned. Had it done by someone I dont know, as it was an emergency. The flywheel was skimmed (?) hopefully, but found that the driveshaft had some missing nuts, and was loose?

Do you mean the flywheel/clutch had nut's missing? The driveshaft it's self has no nuts. Or do you mean where it mounts into gearbox?

I'm guessing prop shaft? If that's missing bolts I would be worried about the job that's been done.
