I've just re-furbed an EAS pump for another member on here. It's the seventh of these I've done so I'm getting the hang of it.
This, however, is little message to whoever has worked on this pump previously.
for loctiting the cover bolts in so that one sheared off as I tried to remove them - I thank you
for gluing the gasket in so that it ripped as I removed the cover - I thank you
for removing the filters from the intake so that I had to clean a thick film of muck from everywhere inside - I thank you
for loctiting the two allen grub screws in so that I had several twitchy-ass moments getting them out - I thank you
for leaving all those lovely burrs around the piston crown - I thank you
for gluing both O rings in place - I thank you
for trapping one of the shaped, red, rubber gaskets when you re-built it giving me a nightmare trying to get it to sit back in it's slot - I thank you
