Hi guys

any one know of places that I can get genuine rear folding forward facing seats for the defender puma?
Thanks
Jack

Honestly, I wouldn't bother unless you're only fitting a single seat. With two forward-facing seats, they end up very close together and you basically have to fold one of them up to get in and out of the back door. Not very practical, and with kids in the back not very safe IMHO.

My garage?

Took them out of ours a few months before the vehicle was stolen.......

The are black XS half leather version and I have all the mounting brackets etc.

They are much safer than tip up or bench seats!

In a crash, sure, but try actually getting in and out of these:

The load area of a 90/110 simply wasn't designed with forward-facing seats in mind. The access through the rear door is very poor and of course you can only fit two. Considering the usual reasoning for getting rid of the bench seats is to fit child seats, I wonder how people actually manage to get their kids in and out of the back. Just about every other car with load area seats has access via the row in front so is much better in this respect.

My view is that if side-facing seats aren't an option, then a 90 should be considered a 2/3-seater and a 110 a 5/6-seater. Given the price of lock-and-fold seats, it might actually be cheaper as well as more practical to trade up a 90 for a 110. I also wonder how many people have actually been injured from riding in the back of a Landy that would have been uninjured in a forward facing seat.

True. Mate of mine hit his head on my rollcage when I had to break for some cock pulling out of me. In side seats, he wasnt best pleased...

The pre-puma forward seats sit further apart allowing much easier access.

Side bench seats aren't an option as illegal in my 90 as its 2013 model.
