Anyone know how easy/how quick it is to fit the L/H flap and mounting panel? I'm having them delivered on Thursday, and would like to fit them Thursday evening!

Do I need any special tools, or will a socket set do?

i fitted the L/H flap on me cessna 152 and it took me all day.

I coulda done that in 2 hours! Need some brake pads for it? We got some old asbestos type in our quarantine bay, only 25 years old, should do the job, just don't tell your LAA!

let me know how you get on, I got the same job to do soon.

How much was the kit btw? if you don't mind me asking

£43 for the whole caboodle (includes L/H & R/H flaps), but that includes £10 quick delivery charge. I think normal delivery would be £5. I'm probably going to do it when I get to the Czech Republic, too much to do before I go. I'm back on the 29th, so will let you know then.

i take a bit more care with the cessna.
(dont give a toss about the disco, its unlikely to kill me).
but i dont like finding spare spring washers etc.. in me pocket at 3000 ft.

I used to be the same with the 'arrier (but I knew some that weren't ).
