Hi guy's,

Ive recently upgraded from a P38 diesel to a 2011 l322 diesel & having a few issues.. Can someone please help me out??

1, airbag light on (error code shows that the drivers frontal acceleration sensor fault)
2 Navigation shows that the map data cannot be read
3, Cruise control doesn't work (says that the radar sensor is blocked)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance..

2 Navigation shows that the map data cannot be read, usually due to water ingress in rear nearside quarter and given the stupid interlinking of systems, when one thing goes down, it often affects other systems. But who knows? Certainly LR dealers don't seem able to get their heads around the problems.
Welcome to the world of pain in the wallet that comes with an L322, what you have actually done is downgraded:rolleyes:

That would explain why my Bluetooth modular was unplugged & the optical was joined together,

What’s the best diagnostic system to use with this? To try & sort the problems out?? Or do I need to buy a new head unit?

Many thanks

Hi not sure about airbag light but Sat nav can be refurbished for between 120 to 200 and the blue tooth unit can be replaced by a mobridge system which will work with your steering wheel controls, as for best diagnostic tools depends how much you want to spend but I have brought one from rsw solutions based in America not the best but for about £200 best value for money , not sure if they cover the 2011 model but definitely worth checking out.

Faultmate for diagnostics, but you will probably end up forking out for various new modules every time it rains hard.

Thanks barry, I've seen the mobridge system & it looks very good,

As for the sat nav refurb, mine is a hard drive version, so i have no dvd in the boot
