radius/trailing arm bush

has anyone replaced there trailing arm/radius arm bushes,if so did you use the method in the rave cd ie depressiring the air system,or has anyone done it different,just im about to do mine but 1 i don,t have a four post lift and i really can,t be done trying to squeeze uner the car when all the air is let out

Set the suspension on high and block the chassi.Then with the blocks in place lower the suspension until the wheels are free.
