Question about Green laning in Wales.

Dear Landzone members,
Can you please advice me? In about a week I'll be over from Holland visiting Wales for some nice Green laning.
Untill now I'm having a hard time to find good trail descriptions, preferable with GPS coordinates of some of the more famous tracks that I read about on the internet and in the magazines, like:
-Happy Valley
-Soar-y-Mynydd
-Sarn Helen
-Nant-y-moch
-Henrhyds Falls
Any comment on this list? Any advice on how to locate the tracks? Of course I'll be using OS maps.

PS. I've driven Trophee Cevenol so you know I like to struggle....

use your os map and have a look Happy Valley by aberdovey easy to find and Soar-y-Mynydd is by strata florida if that helps

The last I heard about Soar-y-Mynydd is that it had a TRO (closed) on it. Rest should be ok.

Good question, I know some CRAG members have tried it a few moths ago and there were tro signs up. But not had a look myself.
