problem with remote cetral locking ahh!!!

hi there this is my very first post ever on here, i enjoy reading some of the posts and have learned a few good tricks. so thanks to all of you on here, for all the very usefull posts.
i have a major problem with my disco 300 tdi r reg. i broke my remote control and cant unlock without the key setting the alarm off when i open the door.
i dont have the eka code, so can anyone give me an idea of what to do. this disco doesnt have the spider block behind the dash heating control, just thought i would mention that first. thanks .
please can anyone give me any help. thanks

1. Go to Land Rover.
2. Remove trousers.
3. Bend over.
