problem with my new p38 help please

hi i have just got my p38 2.5td today on a m reg
playing a round inside it today and i pressed the hi lo switch (what a mistake)
any way now when i put it in gear it says select neutral
do that and nothing happens press the swicth again and it says hi put it in gear and it says select neutral again drive it and its flat out around 15 mph how can i get it back to normal help please :doh:

it must be the switch in the Hi-Low Ratio Transfer Box Motor there is stuck

and if there is no blown fuse !! tken i woult taje alppk at number 7 or 2 or 3...

yes the only differers is that switch you push and the neutral switch they are only in a manual car
that is number 8 and 9

Is there any way i can run a live and earth to the tc motor so i can put it back to hi mode just as a temp thing as i need to get it home as its on a friends drive at the mo if so what wires go where

Put it in neutral and press the clutch, then press the Hi Lo switch

hi mate thanks for the reply but i have tryed this loads of times but i will say on the dash high but when i put it in gear it says select nutral ill pull away and its still stuck in low flat out around 20mph in 5th

sounds like motor needs replacing on rear of t/box,you can remove it ,and tie it out of the way ,you will see triangle shapedc shaft poking out of t/box turn it until you get hi ,turn fully one way low ,turn back a bit neutral a bit further hi cant remember which direction is which,then replace motor later
