ok guys, im trying to locate the gas leak that i think is causing my 3.9 v8 disco to misfire.
being a mechanical novice, im trying to assertain if it is a simple job to remove the plenum in order to check the gas pipe connections underneath.
i have already checked all the joints i can see, and beleive the leak is on the passenger side as this is where the strongest smell is.
any helpfull advise from your world of knowledge would be much appreciated.
many thanx gary

you can remove it and put to one side with just 6 x 6mm allen bolts .if you want to remove completely 2 x water pipe under inlet pipe, throttle cable, breather hose, stepper motor plug on rear + fpr pipe,
