From what I've learnt on here if you use a 2'' lift kit, you can squeeze on: 205/80/16 without spacers.
Out of interest, would anyone need or want to go bigger than 80 profile on a Hippo, even if lifted?
Probably ruin the drivetrain from my minimal knowledge.
