Less overhang at the rear, probably better for laning.

I can see what you're up to but I can't help thinking what it would look like without the suspension and big wheels. I'm imagining what I would think if a short wheelbase Range Rover went past me. It could be a bloody good sales gimmick for an optician.

Best of luck to you, if you get close to your picture that is going to be great fun, just be prepared for the number of times you get squinting blokes asking, "Is that a bit shorter than usual, or is it me?"

That shortened Landy reminds me of my dog skulking away when it knows its been bad!

I like shortened rrc, seen some bobbed discos, not convinved its for the best.
