You may notice that the original thread has been removed.
This is (in part) due to the situation being resolved. A breakdown in communication between them and I meant I didn't hear from them.
I spoke with their MD today and he provided an explanation as to why 2 of the 4 injectors failed - ingress of some kind - and have explained their Quality Control system to me.
So I would like to retract my comments about avoiding them, but just to make sure they can get hold of you if required, give them a land-line phone number rather than a mobile!
