perkins engine advice

hi there can anyone give me any advice
i have a series 2 tax exempt hybrid its running what ive been told a 3.0 ltr turbo diesil alloy rocker mazda perkins engine as i have never herd of these i would just like to no if ayone has any info on them its runnings on a 4 speed range rover gearbox and on a range rover chassis discs all round

would also like to know if mounting it to a 90 box would be hard and any better?

Stick to the 4 speed box,the perkins may not be fast but they do develope a fair bit of torque.

fit an overdrive.....ups gearing by 28%, ie at 50mph becomes 64

perkins engines= masses of torque.

you say its a hybrid is it what chassis does it have?
