been doing some looking into getting parabolics for my 88 as ive been doing a bit of off roading and my oem is getting tired, got a few questions,
what exactly are the benefits of having them,
what brand of springs are good enough for rtv events,
what shockys are best suited for off roading,

Parabolics give a smoother ride and allow more axle movement.Best used with gas filled shocks/dampers as their free movement can result in oil filled shocks overheating.

I've got gb springs on mine with longer shackles and procomp +2" shocks and this is the articulation mines got :D

it makes a big difference offroad and the onroad handling is greatly improved, mines a softer smoother ride it steers better and brakes better, well worth it if you ask me.

what width are those insa turbos i have been looking in to tyres and want to get away from the 7.5/16 i read 235/85/16 go straight on with disco 1 steellys but there are a lot of conflicting storys if you want to go wider

265 's will go - this was taken with knackerd original springs - ride height was -1".....

Parabolix will give you near enough + 1.5" over standard. so no bother with para's

Mine are 265/75/16 and are roughly the same diameter as 235/85/16 just a little wider, they should fit on a standard series(mine did)but the fronts sometimes catch the chassis on full lock depending on what wheels you've got. If they do all you have to do is adjust the steering stops on the axle.
