Parabolic Springs

My 2 penneth worth........

In my experience, nobody replaces the springs on a seris til thier totally knacked and flat!
I had a ser3 with knackered springs, I fitted new, standard springs and shocks and the ride was brilliant!!

There's nothing wrong with standard springs but parabolics in my opinion are ten times better. Gb springs are what you want, I put a set on my 2a about 7 years ago now and they're still going strong!
It's a lot softer ride, it steers better and brakes better plus because the leafs don't touch together they don't sieze up and you don't need to keep freeing them with oil every year. The only thing is that they aren't cheap and you really need gas shocks with them to get the full potential out of them.
If you decide to get paras just don't buy cheap crap

I went with v8jon's suggestion and fitted gb's finest and procomp +2's (no he does not work for either!!)

Amazing difference - would deffinalty recommend!
