at last i have the problem diagnosed and firmly points at the fip not so much pump as electronics in pump,but because of the labour charge wouldn't be worth changing the electronics and also it is quite tricky to do apparently,revving to destruction was mentioned among physics and weird electronic tech i switched off about here,but basically fip is at fault.
