Just a heads up to those that may come accross this whilst doing a search.(Would of helped me !)
There's 9 bolts to undo and 3 of these have 11mm heads.(the others are 10mm)
Be very carefull with the 3 11mm bolts as they are long and likely to be corroded into the block,as i found out on one of them
Yes it broke off in the block,even though i soaked it in plus gas (which thinking about it couldnt enter and do its job) then tried boiling water over it to free it off,doh..
So a great Sunday afternoon was had drilling out the remnants and retapping a new thread :doh:
The remaining two 11mm bolts which came out were actually twisted out of shape,so i was lucky to get them out.
Unfortunately Island 4x4 wouldnt reply to any emails about having any water pump bolts in stock,(or answering the phone)but i managed to get some from a local engineering shop.
On the plus side Island 4x4 as always got me a pump and other bits posted to me in under 24 hours,top work in that respect
Thankfully the rest of the job went problem free,even bleeding the water system with 50/50 anti freeze/water mix.
In my case the original water pump failed without noise or warning,just a nice big puddle of water on return to it one evening
