Hi Data

Checked white plugs behind kick panel as you suggested. The two white multi plugs look good. I left the panel off just incase I can do a test from there later. I read a thread somewhere advising to solder all the wires behind passenger side kick panel and drivers side straight through ( as this is where eas ecu cables run) and shrink some wire shrink tubing over it. Would that help? Still cant get a handle on the passenger widow issue though.

A few drops of water were on the carpet beside the kick panel. Had a think then removed the
Pollen filters from front scuttle. The sorbo rubber seals were dislodged and the filters had never been changed from new I dont think. I sorted the damaged sorbo seals and have ordered new pollen filters. The drops of water had bypassed the seals on pollen fltter and run down body frame inside. Learened more stuff today.

Car sitting only 5mm down on FR now, gonna try and recalibrate it tomoz. Ride height switch still ****ing about. I had access light on only while on Std. Then I had High and Roadlights on next. I press the switch and it reacts some time others not. Frustrating or what!! Under what conditions will the ride height switch function properly again Data.

Cheers again

Window not working could be a number of things from broken wires between the door and A post to the window proped up with a bit of wood and the regulator missing. Most often it's the switch pack.
Corrosion in the connectors can be hard to see, soldering and heat shrinking is a good idea if you can solder.
Ride height switch will function correctly when you find the fault. Could be the switch itself but more likely connectors.

Cheers data
I am sure when I fit the new height sensors and re calibrate them the ride height switch will come good. As for the window I am gonna substitute my switch pack for my mates and see what happens. Probably hand in pocket time again. Hey ho Rangys don't we love em. We certainly do.

Just trying to find anything on rave relating to window operation. Cant see which section it would be in. Do you use the rave details for info?

The mechanics of the windows are in RAVE, workshop manual, chassis & body. Mine is a verylate version of RAVE, earlier versions may be different.
Window operation is covered in the Owners manual which is also in RAVE.

Cheers Data.

Tried my new Hawkeye today. Identified a code fault Po155. 02 probe heating sensor before cat convertor bank 2. Minimum value not reached. Fault present and static. I pressed clear fault. It read fault not clear. I re tested it and hit clear fault button. This time it said fault clear. Confused now. Has it fixed it or not I dunno.
The Hawkeye user guide is very basic for a newbie. No plan B if you get stuck. No trouble shooting guide. Acronyms not explained. A small asterisk was flashing on the screen, no idea what that was and nowhere in guide to tell me. The OB2 port was clicking when I removed the diagnostic cable. So I plugged it back in and fiddled a bit.It stopped. Do I remove cable while engine running or swich engine off first. No idea. All the gear and no idea. Anywhere there is a tutorial/trouble shooting guide to follow cos I sure as hell cant find one relating to Hawkeye.

PS. Rear sensors havent appeared yet for eas repair issue!!!
Cheers Data
