P1180 code

Hi can anyone help me with this code please?
Car has no power nearly stalls when on tick over runs rough and setting off has a job to go. Engine light comes on when you press the accelerator and car struggling to start.
Code was p1180-low side fuel pressure sensor plausibility (fuel filter)
Deviation of pre delivery pressure from set point
It’s a 06 td4 freelander 1

This is often the fuel pump in front of the rear wheel giving low pressure. You need to look at the live data to see what the pressure being generated is, as it should be over 350kPa.

fitted a new pump and filter last night cars still running horrendous any suggestions?
