Ano this is a long shot and if some one can elp I would be eternally greatfull but is there anyone near barnsley in south yorkshire that may have a second hand or spare rear prop shaft for a 300tdi disco 1 as I've gone and buggered mine while trying to put t/box back in after rebuild. I am in urgent need cos have tried her as a front wheel drive with diff lock engaged but somert don't feel right. I am willing to pay for it if some does as I'm not afta a freebee

And also will it be ok driving round in diff lock with no rear propshaft for a couple of days or am I asking for trouble?

it will be absolutely fine - Dorset Vogue does it all the time .
