I like happy endings and fear that if I plug it in again it will all end in tears. :(. The heights are all within a couple of mm measuring from the wheel arches but I'll give it a few days and check it again to see if I can get it a bit closer. I still haven't found the original fault which caused all the mayhem ( 50 miles from destination, pulling a trailer, the last 25 miles on the bump stops) so there's every chance that it will show it's face again but if it does I'm ready for it.:D

I think a tolerance of +/- 5mm is allowed from the specified height. If you have got it to within a couple of mm, you are doing well.
