Saw this on hols....anyone know what it is, looks like a series Landy, but I don't think it's Green Oval...????

Must be in a dry country - I thought they'd all disintigrated into a pile of rust.
Not an exotic location - Isle of Wight - unless you consider the Fact that we crossed some water to be exotic..!!

So not Green Oval then....Austin Gypsy, never heard of themm...gonna research later....

its called an austin gypsie they were a bit of a copy for the landrover they didnt last as well as the landrovers though and they were much less common.

Gypsy never had a RR engine, that was the Champ 2.8 litre RR powered. Came out about the same time as the first Landrovers. So it was not a copy as someone said. But both were copies of the Jeep.
