Can any one give me an Idea whats wrong, R reg 97 300tdi

I replaced the two wheel bearings in both sides of the front last weekend, the both sides done no noise, a couple of days a go the passanger side front wheel started to make the noise again, just like the brake pads where touching all the time, the I have checked to see if the calipers are sticking but the go in and out easly, also there was a rumble in the back ground, checked Play at 12 and 6 oclock on both wheels, only the passanger had play in, I niped the hub nut up and the niose was still there, Have now changed the bearing for new one, the rumble has now gone but the other noise is still there,

If any one can help me with some sensable ideas I would be greatful,

Thank you for your help

dont know, I guess you mean the pads are going in and out, would this give a chattering sound?

The sound is one level, and seems to be constent.

How can I check/correct it?

no moving in direction of rotation the back its qite normal thing to happen with the pads that are held in with solid pins ,how come wheel brg didnt last long did you take freeplay out correctly or use pattern brgs if you used pattern brgs replace them with timken
