Noisey

My td5 drives fine and pulls ok and always has , the annoying thing is is that it's noisy compared to other td5's ? Its louder, rattley a bit knockey ?? It's had an egr bypass, the oil always stays pretty clean but I do keep it well serviced, also I replaced the injector washers and o rings just because I felt like it lol and set the injector clearances spot on

Mine seems to sound similar... but there aren't many td5s around for me to really judge.

Possible dmf? Mine's getting to be a box-o-marbles.

undo belt and give the pulley a good shake? Mine seems solid. But definitely check that!
