No fuel to injectors help

Hi All

I was driving up a hill today when my 95 300TDi disco started lossing power and stalled, it then would not start and i had to be towed home. I have checked the fuel system and i am getting fuel all the way into the injector pump but when i remove the injector pipes i am getting no fuel to the top of the injectors. i removed the injector pump cover from the front and checked that it was rotating (and it is). Can the pump block or is there something else i should be looking at.

Any Ideas?

Make sure that the electrical connection is still connected to the fuel stop solenoid

you can take out the fuel pump solonoid and take the end of it off and then screw it back in to the pump. try to start it and see what happens but if it does start you can only stop it by stalling the engine has turning off the ignition by using the key will have no effect.it could also be an immobiliser fault.
