newby with steering probs

Hi all

first time ive posted on this site. hope someone can help. have a 1996 300tdi defender stn wagon and power steering just packed in working. Is this the pump and how difficult is it to replace for a novice and where and what price are they. Am based in Durham. Any help greatfully appreciated.

if your not mechanicaly minded can u trust yourself to do your steering? its not like its a major component after all

you need one of these and look at busters guide on here how to fit it but future posts need to be put in the relevant forum,in this case the defender 90/110/130 section,as WLM said though its not a novice job
