Newbie with a freelander Did I ?

Hi one and all,
Did I pay to much for my Freelander 2003 TD4 ES with 116k on the clock. Its very clean and tidy inside and out. With long MOT and some tax. The only thing I'm disappointed with is the heater its not very hot. It cost me £2600

No - you did NOT pay too much - you got a load of car for your money.

The heater could be a very simple fix indeed.

Loads of people - mechanics included do not do a good job of bleeding the cooling system so there more than likely will be an air-lock/s in there somewhere.

Do you need instructions how to fix it?
Search the forum - there should be plenty info.

Get yourself a Haynes manual - not infallible - but indispensable.

Enjoy your new machine.

£2600 not a bad price, the td4 is the pick of the bunch.

It'll seem even better value when it snows !

why has nobody mentioned gaylander yet, it seems to be around what they are going for anywho so if you are happy just enjoy it

then keep it longer than I planned, park it up for the summer when my proper car comes out
