newbie in cheshire

Hi guys, after the purchase of my discovery td5 I am eager to drive some lanes only problem is I know of no one else with a suitable 4x4 to accompany me nor do I know of any lanes :/ anyone in the cheshire are or willing to travel (peak district,north wales ect) area up for a newbie tagging along on there next trip out?
