Hello all,

New to this forum and new owner of a 1998 discovery 1
It has taken a long long time to eventually get one as was always wary of the continual repair and costs rumours. But when the chance came i couldn't turn it down, know the owner, had it for 7 years and knew the history. Everything has been done that needed doing.
I'm sure i have loads, or will have loads of questions to ask.
Now looking forward to driving it. Although it will only be for used for my hobby, and no not off roading! so will only be used occasionally.

Steve

Welcome. Sounds like a duff battery to me. Or something's draining the current. It should be alright for a few weeks at least under normal circumstances. But that's the beauty of Land Rovers. Always some puzzling new fault to figure out.
