I've been a long time lurker on the forum enjoying reading all the information in the various threads. I own a series 3 109 6 Cyl that I fitted with a 200tdi replacing the 4.203 perkins that's someone else had installed. The perkins was a good engine but it was so loud and torquey that after its head gasket blew I decided to replace it with the 200. After about 6 months the fuel injection pump decided to implode, this prompted me to begin a complete rebuild.
Anyway I'm going to start a post detailing my rebuild in the series section of the forums.
