New Freebie Owner

Hi guys I'm a very proud (if rather unfortunate) Freebie TD4 owner, after an issue with the IRD & VCU shortly after I brought it its been running beautifully, with the exception of excessive noise from the rear (possibly diff) any ideas?

Otherwise all's good I'm planning on doing an EGR bypass soon and possibly a slight remap as it needs a little more kick.

This already seems to be a great forum and incredibly informative.

Are all 4 tyres the same make? Newer tyres to the rear? Tyre pressures correct? These can make a big difference and can easily knock out VCU's

Make sure you use the search button becuase chances are somone has already asked the question.

Look at synergy box for tuning

I swapped out the tyres to Pirelli's and its much better, just shows what difference half decent tyres make.

Will be ordering the synergy box this week can't wait!

Thanks guys, fitted the Roverron 2E+ this week with a new MAF, it makes such a difference! That and the expedition rack its looking pretty sweet. Really looking forward to next months adventure to Scotland with it!
