Hi All,

Was fitting my new cat and exhaust yesterday, spent a few minutes scratching my head as I offered up the middle section to the cat - turns out the flange bracket has been welded on upside down!

well.. at least it's not *too* hard to grind the welds off, flip it round, clean it up, weld it back on.....

actually, sod that - take it back!

If I had a welder, I would!

I'm now in the 'no useable car' deadzone so hoping they can courier me a new one out..

By the look of it the hanger is too long too, or,, does it just need bashing around the pipe a bit, looks from the pic if the hanger was tapped round the angles would be similar to the old pipe

Nah, the flange needs flipping 180 degrees... it's the pre-2000 asymmetric 3 bolt mount that only fits 1 way round...

Look at this other photo, the single hole on the right hand side of the flange needs to be at the bottom of the triangle, not the top....
