While i'm waiting for a hand to shove it to the front of my garage, thought i'd share my latest shed with you all.

One day it will run.

Nice colour, not too keen on the wheels though.
What's got to be done to get her back on the road then??

Hell I've seen worse! To be honest I've owned worse too!
Colour..... Not sure about that
4 litre a.... So your rich then! ;-)
Enjoy your new purchase.

It was an attempted theft, and it's done quarter of a million miles, i've stuck a new column on it and got the plastics, it still needs a few bits and pieces but it's nearly sorted.

It has something wrong with the remote locking but it's not immobilised so that's a headache for when it's on the road..

It won't run on petrol, the fuel pump's getting power but doing nothin.. It will start and run on gas though!

Thats about it really, it's taxed till end of March and tested till november, it came with a folder full of receipts and a near enough complete service history up to 230k..

Oh and i need to sort the side steps out, the metal bits under the plastic have dissolved! Rest of the car is solid enough though

Looks like a nice little project. I'm not surprised the thieves didn't get away with it, some owners have enough trouble disarming the immobiliser when they have the key lol.

Fuel pump failure is not that common, although the fact it's lpg converted is probably the reason why- that petrol pump may very well have been running all the time with little or no petrol passing through it..
