Hi, new to the forum and new to LR.
Just bought an L322 Vogue TD6, 03 reg, 112k, giverny(?) green with the magnolia/ivory leather. Wanted one for years, finally took the plunge.
Thanks to those who take the time to write up buyer guides and how to's - I've spent many an hour immersing myself in theoretical knowledge before buying.
My main question is - although my prospective pride and joy looks and drives like it's led a charmed life, there is no service history or book pack with it - lost apparently. Hmm.
I haven't done any legwork yet calling LR or any of the places it was MOT'd to see if they have any service records - and it has never failed an MOT on more than brake pads or tyres so I can't glean from that what must have been done. But I liked it so much I adjusted my offer downwards and my maintenance cost expectation upwards and went for it.
I'm not sure on the etiquette of this or of the wisdom of publishing my registration number but I wondered if my new steed may have been owned by a fellow forum member who might be able to share any knowledge of it's past. Long shot I know.
Either way, I'm looking forward to ownership!
