Military sliding front window rebuild kit

Hey all,

I did a search and could not find the answer I was looking for. I have an EX MOD 90 with the ali sliding front windows. I need to replace the channel at the top of one of my doors as the glass wants to tip forward/backward when I try and open it. I will probably replace the bottom channel as well since I have to take it apart. Does anyone know what kit I will need to give my sliding windows new life?

OK it's for the Classic Mini with sliding windows, and it also fitted my Series I.

In this months LRO, there is a featured product that supposedly gets rid of the felt seals and subsequent rattles permanently... it might be worth a look

do you have a name of this product my Truck cabs rear window rattles like god knows what!!!!!!!!!!

Bloody hell thats steep but thanks for posting it!!!!!

used series channel on my military door tops with same prob as you. had to mod it cause it has metal former and is wider than needed. cut a long the back to remove the metal and trimmed down excess material cut to the length required. pushed the felt padding into the door top where needed. was fiddly to do and the window was real tight to open and shut for a bit. sorted rattle and works fine ever since.
