mite be silly question, but where does the oily residue on maf intake fins come from ? i can understand it from say K an N filters, cos they are oil lined, but i,ve only used paper air filters it seems odd . maybe this oil residue sucks through to the eliments in maf sensor and trips it , therefore maf no longer works, any thoughts on this ?
