Over there
For those following the ‘is a TDV8 any good?’ thread, I’ve now taken possession of my first Range Rover.
On an 09 plate, with 55,170 on the clock, FSH & 1 previous owner plus a brand new MOT, I’m very happy with it.

There are a couple of very minor scuffs that I’ll be getting sorted - the door handles are the worst and there is 1 really, really minor scratch:

The interior is spotless apart from the drivers floor mat:

Tyres are all good;

I’ve ordered the luggage pocket nets for the boot and will be adding a dog guard & boot liner. I did do a deal on a gun I sold and ended up with a TransK9 double dog crate for an L322 for the last £100 of the gun…

I don’t want it in the vehicle all the time as I need the boot to be covered for when I’m moving firearms.
Tinting the rear doors & boot windows is the major thing I need to do.

Having driven it and taken it to Tesco, it’s all there… the power at the bottom is unbelievable and you have to check to see what speed you’re actually doing… it gets to 50+ very quietly & quickly!

There is more road noise than I’d expected but that may be the tyres or the fact I’m use to a sporty Mercedes!

Little, minor draw to the left under braking - balancing maybe?

It is like driving a Chesterfield… :D

Right… Technology Wuestion…
Is it possible to use Bluetooth audio on me stereo?

On the Merc you had Bluetooth Audio but on here it looks like a jack plug from an iPhone??

Nice motor, very few cosmetic issues the door handles always go like that, you can get covers for them.

As for the bodywork a good detail will get it 100%.. :)

Well there's a ruddy good reason to enjoy it!
The ride quality is definitely better than the P38 I think, its just all the electronic bits that scare me off the L322.
Enjoy the new toy! :D
Fully independent suspension on the L322 trumps the P38' beam axles for ride quality and handling ;)

If that’s for an 09 L322, we may have to negotiate…

The pic is from a quick google search so maybe slightly different. Mine is from my 05 plate but if it's the same as the 09 you're welcome to it. I'll dig it out tomorrow and see if it's still any good, it's been behind the shed for a few years.
