loose gear selection

Hi Guys, I know it's on here somewhere but the search ain;t workin, my gear lever seems to wander making selection difficult, whats the cure? can someone give me a link to something?

defender i presume ,remove gaiter around stick check spring either side is holding stick in 3rd 4th alignment adjustable with 2 x 10mm spanners under spring,if okay remove tunnel and turret theres a yoke where grub screw can come loose

Might be of some help? I'd recommend using thread lock not sealant as the sealant let it rattle loose again. No probs withthread lock.
