Elp!!!

Locking wheel nut been whizzed up by an air gun wielding monkey.

I goes to remove the wheel, and both the nut and the tool are fecked.

I know I can get the tool on evilbay, is there anywhere I can get a single locking nut - for set 'F'?

Or do I need to get a tool to remove all of mine and then buy a whole new set......

Discool, The 'tool' is the standard LR locking wheel nut adaptor/tool. I can get this from LR or eblag, but will still have a wheel nut shagged, so I was wondering if I can find just a single locking nut for that set.

Cheers guys

I see, I can't say i've seen just the nut for sale, usually it's the kit of four as you know, so looks like one of your wheels won't have a locking nut.

Unless if you have a similar locking nut being used on your spare wheel you could use that one on the road wheel, as LR sell a single locking nut just for alloy spare wheels, which has a spinning cover which is removed with a mini Yale style of key.

I find locking wheel nuts a waste of time and money. Rattle gun chiefs fûck em up every time and cause loads of grief and for what? When was the last time you heard of a set of wheels being nicked.

Every new (2nd hand) car I get the first thing I do is to replace the locking nuts for std ones.

"Deterant" is the point your looking for.

You may as well say what's the point of any security device, they can all be overridden if you know how.

You have a lock on a front door then what's the point? just sliding a sliding bolt to keep the door closed.
