Leather refurb/colour ideas

The seats in my discovery at a glance look grubby or dirty but when you look closer you can see its the leather cracking up and the top shine coming off

I've looked on line and there are loads of creams/dyes/re-colouring stuff on the market that say they can remedy this problem

So the question is can anyone recommend a product that works and the ones to avoid

dint have cracking, but the autoglym stuff worked really well on my leather sofa, was a two stage thing, first a cleaner then a protective stuff. really brought it up a treat.
