Ok.... It's the SUV SWB Freelander... twin sunroofs..
but....
Does anyone have any resolutions to condensation on the sunroof - that ends up falling on the seats / handbrake / passenger and driver;s head.... and being a bolding type guy.... cold water dripping on my head is not fun.
neither is wearing a hat, helment, bag etc.....

Atmospherics. I've got the black plastic sunroof, (Freelander Adventurer - so doesn't let in much sun). If I sit in the car with no ventilation the condensation will start dripping off the plastic in roughly ten minutes.

There's only a couple of things you can do to combat vehicle condensation. First off would be ventilation. This helps remove the moisture in the air. No moisture = no condensation. If you can't remove the moisture by ventilation, then you need to remove the moisture by an electric or chemical dehumidifier.

Mines the twin sunroof and it used to get wet. Bought two of those moisture bags off flea Bay for about £20. Ones on the dash board, ones in the passenger door. No more condensation:), just zap em in the microwave every week. Oh, and leave your vents open.

Letting some fresh air in the car by opening the window a little on the last bit of journey seems to help too, and lessen the chances of condensation building up on the next journey.

I think the 3 door hippos in particular are prone to showing the signs of condensation, so it doesn't take a lot to tip mine over the edge to start steaming up.

The car was stood for 4yrs with the tailgate window down.... just had a full valet. (seats out) etc.
Although..... after fitting the new engine and gearbox (after someone fecked it up in the first place).... I didn;t regas the AirCon.... maybe I should do that now I have been running it for a few weeks with "ok" results...
