Looking for help my defender 300Tdi is leaking water into the fuse box
Jus wandering if this is a common fault or jus a broken seal some where
all suggestions would be greatful thanx

I think there is a rubber bung inside the fuse compartment which goes through to the engine bay.
Well there is on mine.

yup, most likely the rubber is off it's seat or something. maybe a little silicon might help it, cos i think that it's easier than changing the rubber.

it's the fuse box in the middle or the smaller one under the driver seat? not sure if the Tdi has this, but the Td5 has another one around the ECU.

Other places to check are the point where the threading of the two thumb screws go. Due to various modification i can't be very sure if there's any 'hole' for wires going thru above the box. you have to look around and see. If not, then the water is coming in from above where the windshield sits on the rubber (very prone to leaking) or the cowl vents. even 2 mth old landies leak.
