I been scammed too lets work together to get these punks removed from ebay, if anyone has their ebay username lets all make a report, report their account and listings, go to any listing, click 'report item' just above item description, report category 'listing practices' > reason for report 'fraudulent listing activities' > detailed reason'you suspect that a listing is fraudulent'

If everyone does this ebay will remove them!
 
Ebay does remove them but they're back the next day under different names.

lt's a very sophisticated operation, been going on at least 12 years. There was supposed to be another court case this year but l've not heard anything.

Problem is, the courts see them as just a "not very good garage" so it's not a crime, it's a civil matter, and the courts are full of people complaining about work they've paid for not being done from builders, plumbers, roofers, bathroom fitters etc.

There was a guy round here charging over £400 to put up TV aerials, there seemed to be no way to stop him as it wasn't a crime if people agreed to it, despite those people being elderly or vulnerable. A lot of the work he did was no good either, but again nothing ever happened, he was reported to trading standards but nothing happened and eventually he just moved on.

The garage defendants will come to court and say they couldn't get the parts, or the customer didn't pay, or there was more wrong with the vehicle than they thought, etc

So it just goes on. l don't know if they actually complete any engine rebuilds satisfactorily, their reviews are difficult to interpret.

Hi does anyone know where they are located now? My wife dropped her van off for engine repairs at the the Telford address TF3 3AT 6 months ago. We have had the same experience as everyone else them asking for more money and silence with contact. My wife went to get her van back as she had enough and it wasn’t there where she dropped it off! does anyone know of any other addresses they take the vehicles to? We are at a loss and it’s gutting!
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

If i was you i'd just go to the police.
 
This has been going on for over a decade. The problem is, the Police see it as a civil matter so you are left with Trading Standards.

Many people have done similar and what happens is eventually there's a court case, and the business shuts down then immediately re opens under a different name and with different Directors.

The O/P on this thread back in 2018 never got his £20,000 Discovery back as far as l know.

Has it been to court yet? Last i read it was postponed...
 
They don’t see it as stolen they see it as a civil issue they are no help at all. We will check out Wolverhampton address. I did wonder if the original poster found his car 😢
 
A quick scan over the web shows no update. They seem to have disappeared. Dodgy adverts on ebay have stopped anorl. One can only hope they have packed up their scam. I'm more inclined to think they have stopped what they're doing as the court case gets nearer. Not doing what you have been doing, will go in their favor during a case. They may be able to plead poverty.

Jaspal Singh Virdee DOB april 1994
Rashaad Mahmood DOB august 1997 is a new name

And Victor has been there from the beginning. He's registered as Dutch

Victor Atitdgobi DOB august 1997 is a new name

Both Rashaad and Victor were born in the same month and year. They both grew up to direct a scam car engine repair company anorl. Neither have previous appointments and they're quite young.

Address is accountancy or book keeping. Lots of companies registered to the same address.

This was the company they setup which traded from the Telford address TF3 3AT
 
l wonder where all the customers vehicles are that they currently have in for repair.

lf the company has been dissolved and they've got your vehicle it maybe worth getting in touch with the Administrator to see if it can be recovered?
