I own a 1989 90, which has in the past been fitted with rear discs. I recently serviced the rear calipers and found them a tad to shabby etc ( new pads won't be able to be fitted because of rusted pistons etc ). So I will be nipping over to LR in Liverpool to buy new calipers/pads etc.......but when M.O.T'd yesterday was told rear discs are a tad shoddy ( just an advisory ) as well. So, I have decided to replace the solid discs as well ( makes sense ). Now I have done the front end a couple of years ago but have never replaced discs on the rear. Have tried a search but cannot find any links as to what parts I will need when I fit the discs...do they just bolt on or will I need other parts to do the job. Only asking as I have a bad back and just want to get the job done in one go and also to keep my landy on the road. I'm assuming they simply just slide and bolt on!
Any advice or links would be really appreciated. Calipers are lockhead 3242 292C ( SMC500240 ) and I believe the axle is off a classic range rover but not 100% sure.
Thanks in advance.
P.S. Second pic just shows the spacer I fitted a few years ago.
