L322 Number Plate Fixings - screws or stick?

Hi,

I am bobbing up to Halfords today to get the cherished plates for the 2002 L322 I am picking up next week. From looking on the Internet, the plates appear to require an adhesive fixing. Is this the case?

use nails, 4 inch should be enough but if you want added security 6's are good!!!

sticky is prolly the safest option but you will need to clean the surface well

6" are fine as long as you bend em over inside boot lid.
