Bit of an updated, took the RR over to his mechanic, put it on his snap on diagnostic machine, a couple of faults came up;
low voltage
solenoid ( not sure which one )

The transmission temp was around 100 degrees, not sure if this is good or bad.

Anyway this didn't really solve anything so he took it for a test drive and sure enough he felt this vibration, so he spoke to the dealer with the view that it should go for a more in depth test. The dealer is arranging for it to go into a local LR garage for a full diagnostic check and so what that says.

At least he isnt being a dick about it tho. Not a bad out come for today :)

An update for you all, took my RR to a local auto gearbox specialist, they ran some diagnostics and road tested it will live data and came back to me to report the gearbox is all fine and doing what it should, no findings or report as to the LUC on the troque convertor, spoke again with the dealer and he arranged for it to go to his local LR specialist, they too ran diagnotics and found nothing wrong but suggested a new filter and gear oil, this was completed and I picked it up yesterday, so far she is driving like a dream. The dealer picked up the bill for £400, I did check the invoice to look for the correct oil had been used, which had so will just have to see if this judder returns and take it from there but so far so good.
