kangaroo juice when up hill

actually delving further into it, it still ran funny and found out that the tank connection wasnt 100% sealed and the fuel pump was sucking in air aswell as fuel....re-sealed and all ok.....took her shooting last night and all was well.....even my 46yr old window wiper worked.
 
ok part two lol.....driving me insane

so i did the following after each item i took her for a spin and it was the same!
replaced fuel line and filter
strobe timing 6'
changed points and condensor
bought one of those glass spark plug thingys and got the mixture bang on
changed fuel pump
stripped carb to each individual atom and cleaned
adjusted float level 6.5mm

"""""""""""""""""""""""""" 8.5mm
checked compresiion perfik
changed plugs
added some earths to engine
checked manifold etc for leaks
checked all settings in carb i.e float stopping fuel etc

she will start by just breathing on the start button and would tick over at 400rpm all day long if i let her, also she revvs beautifully perfect colour on mixture glass plug

but when i depress throttle hard to go up hill in lower revs it dies unless i take my foot off of the throttle to let her build up again.

really scraping the bottom of the barrel here now.......jets are 165 main 190 air and 40 thou accel pump

also she has been bored out to +40 would this need bigger jets
could the fuel line be collapsing under higher load (all ne though)

have ordered a electric fuel pump
will see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
also just something going through my mind....all my petrol pipe is rubber from the tank to the carb......could this be collapsing under the vacuum......its new pipe??
